Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply select the item you'd like to purchase, choose your preferred size or option, and add it to your bag. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@havocclo.co.uk.
We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated UK delivery time is 3–7 working days.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40.
Both delivery options have an estimated delivery time of 3–7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@havocclo.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
Returns
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. For most online purchases, UK customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
