All prices displayed on our website are shown in British pounds (£).

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

We currently offer UK delivery.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

Free UK Delivery — Orders over £40
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

7. Cancellation and Returns

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of the cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law are not affected.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

All content on our website, including imagery, graphics, text, branding and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Havoc unless otherwise stated.
